How Am I Doing?
carpe diem asked: I started this new diet plan a couple days ago. Any advice is appreciated.
Breakfast: Mango popsicle-no sugar added
Lunch-Sandwich-2 pieces of wheat bread, 5 slices of 99% fat free turkey, mustard, and lettuce. Also had about 15 baked chips.
Dinner-Quaker Weight Control Oatmeal, 1 glass of skim milk.
