Can I loose 15 pounds over the summer if I?

Shh, Just Go With It. asked:


A fitness trainer that I had told me that it's healthy to loose at most 2 pounds a week, summer is about eight weeks long....

If I run every day, go to a fitness trainer three times a week, walk 18 holes of golf two times a week, and eat healthy will I acheive my goal?

    If you work hard at it, then I do believe you will able to achieve your goal. I managed to lose 20 pounds during a two month long summer break from school a few years back, so I know it’s possible!

    you have a good plan and you sound determined!
    my advice would be to try to push your self always when you feel like giving up!
    but dont hurt yourself!
