The console includes the Wii, all the cables you need, the sensor bar, a remote, a nunchuck, and Wii Sports. The bundles aren’t packaged by Nintendo, so you’ll need to contact the store selling the bundle to see what it includes. Typically, a bundle includes the above console set, an accessory or two, and your choice of a few games. The bundle will not cost more than the price of buying all the bundle components separately.

The difference between the Wii and a Wii bundle is that with the bundle you often will have to get games that you normally wouldn’t buy. Most bundle packages are just ways for stores to get rid of the bottom selling games.
If you can, just get the Wii and then buy the games and accessories that you need.
The Wii doesn’t really have any good sports games except for Tiger Woods. Wii Sports has tennis, boxing, golf, baseball, bowling, etc. that are for the most part pretty fun if you can get someone else to play.
