Toontown Help? Chip’s N Dales?

You know that place near da golf place in toontown Chip's n Dales'? How come you cant go in the "Construction" Area it seemed lyke dat forever .. wats wrong wit it how can you get in there if you can?

Disney is taking their time to make sure that everything is not bugged, and to fix other issues. I’m pretty sure that it’ll be open someday.
If you want to see things ahead of time, then you can try to subscribe to test.toontown.com, which is the Test server where things are tried out before they are released to the public. But be warned: The wait list is extremely long, sometimes taking 1-2 years before they accept new people. Also, everything there is not bug-and-glitch free; you can sometimes be forcefully exited out of Toontown and stuck in some places.
