How Am I Doing?

I started this new diet plan a couple days ago. Any advice is appreciated.
Breakfast: Mango popsicle-no sugar added
Lunch-Sandwich-2 pieces of wheat bread, 5 slices of 99% fat free turkey, mustard, and lettuce. Also had about 15 baked chips.
Dinner-Quaker Weight Control Oatmeal, 1 glass of skim milk.
I've also drank water throughout the day, and had a couple grapes.
In addition, I played golf and did a couple ab exercises.
Basically, I would just like any suggestions-how I am doing, if this will be effective, and whatnot.

your doing great…keep that up for a couple of weeks and i bet ull loose alot of weight…i wish i could stck to that for a day lol…great job!

well keep that up and you will be very skinny! you are doing great kust remember to eat right exersise and drink 8 cups of water a day!
